Our enrollment is a fairly simple process. We first meet with every family and discuss the needs and desires for each future scholar's education. This initial meeting includes a walk through tour and an opportunity to ask questions or express concerns about your child.
If the child has an IEP or 504 Plan parents should bring said documents to the initial meeting. We also encourage parents to bring the last report card from the previous school. We ask all parents to be honest and transparent about their child's academics and behavior. Being fully informed allows us to be proactive rather than reactive.
Depending on the needs of each child a second interview and/or testing may be required.
Once we are ready to move forward with enrollment the following documents are needed:
Previous year report card
IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
Current physical and shot records
Monetary deposit to hold child's spot
Financial agreement or proof of scholarship
Any child with an IEP or a 504 Plan and is enrolled in a public school when applying for the scholarship, is eligible for this scholarship. The website is www.floridaschoolchoice.org. The number to call with questions is 800-447-1636.
